My VIP!!

The first week of November, Kade was his class VIP. We had to make a poster that told about him and what he likes. I got to come into his class and watch him do his presentation about himself. He was so cute. After he went over his poster, the kids all got a chance to ask him questions about him and then they sang a VIP song to him.
Then on the 24th of November, I attented an assembly at Kades school where he got a leader of the month award. Every grade had a few students chosen for this. The teachers actually nominate the child. He got his picture taken with the other kindergarten students who recieved the award and it will hang in the schools main hallway for all to see.

I must say, i am a very proud mom!!!

Rylee Turns 2!!!

So on November 9, my baby girl officially became a 2 year old! I cant believe it. Time sure flies. Feels like yesterday i was still pregnant with her. She had a good day except for the fact that Jeremy had to miss it due to his new job. Im just glad she is young enough not to understand that yet. But we made the best of her day without Jeremy here. We had a little party on the Saturday before with my family and then my parents took me and the kids out on Rylees actual birthday. Then when Jeremy came home about a week later, we did dinner and another cake with his family. So Rylee kinda got 3 parties. :) What a lucky little girl....

Kade Turns 6!!!

On October 20, Kade turned 6 Years old. I cant belive how time has flown. He is getting to be such a big kid now. He chose to go to Joes Crab Shack for dinner with my parents and then on Saturday, October 24, we had a party with the whole family. He had a great day and got alot of fun stuff!!

Happy Halloween

This Halloween was fun because Kade had his first School Halloween Parade. It was so cute to go see all the little kids dressed up. He was dressed up as a vampire. Rylee was Tinkerbell and she looked so adorable! She had fun getting candy. Also my brother, Adam, and cousin, Jared, dressed up. And of cours, Jeremy was trying to steal the candy. The joys of being the parents of little kids who dont need alot of candy. :)

Carving Pumpkins

The kids had fun carving pumpkins. This was Rylees first year to really help out. She wasnt too sure of the pumpkin guts. Here are a few pictures of the kids with the pumpkins...

Corn Maze

Right before Halloween, Jer and I thought it would be fun to take the kids to a Corn Maze. We went with Jeremys sister, Chantel, and her daughter, Marynn. It was alot of fun. We are thinking of making it a tradition to take our kids every year.
